As part of my undergraduate degree programme, thus, BSc Financial Mathematics, it was required to write a thesis and justify the analyses and results before a panel of four members and colleagues of the graduating students. After presentation and question answering from both the panel and the students the justification was approved and hence an excellent reward for the thesis. I was awarded my certificate in November, 2019.

After a successful completion of the course on convolutional neural network with Dr. Chamberlain Mbah from the Gent University in Belgium we were presented with the classification problem of building a cnn model that predict whether a given image of a road has a pothole or not. The project was successfully completed alongside five colleagues of mine. I presented the findings and the outcomes of the results before the academic director, Prof. Franck Kalala Mutombo of AIMS, tutors, the lecturer and the students. Here is a link to the notebook for the project.
